How to Use this Site
  1. Choose your starting point. Begin with a JAG competency, a theme, an OSEU, or an Elder interview.
  2. Follow one connection at a time. Select a choice at each step. Scroll through the choices or use search to narrow them, and use “Back” to revisit a choice.
  3. Explore the evidence. Read the connection explanations and use the video and transcript links. Add related competencies when helpful, or keep your thread focused.
  4. Review the learning approach. Consider the Human Shaped Learning recommendations and the aligned Touchstones for teachers and students.
  5. Shape your notes. Enter a title, student learning goal, students or setting, and available time.
  6. Review your Learning Experience Notes. These collect your connections, sources, HSL approaches, and Touchstones.
  7. Download your notes. Choose “Download Learning Experience Notes PDF.” This source packet contains your selected connections, questions, URLs, HSL approaches, Touchstones, and transcripts.
  8. Build the lesson in the GPT. Open the JAG–OSEU Educator Assistant GPT, upload the notes PDF. Develop and refine your final lesson there.

To begin again, choose “Clear and start over” in your Learning Experience Notes. You will be asked to confirm before your progress is cleared.
